Platinum Support requests receive a guaranteed response within 2 hours, 24-hours-a-day, 7 days a week, with continuous effort to resolve business critical issues. Platinum Support also includes many additional services. E-mail email@example.com for Platinum Support pricing information.
Gold Support requests receive a guaranteed response within 2 business hours*, Monday through Friday, with continuous effort to resolve business critical issues. Gold Support also includes additional services. Gold Support is priced at 20% of product list price (minimum Gold Support purchase is $1500).
Silver Support requests receive a guaranteed response by the same time next business day*, Monday through Friday. Silver Support is limited to five priority incidents per year. Silver Support is priced at 15% of product list price (minimum Silver Support purchase is $1000).
