This error message is an InstallShield error message and refers to a system configuration problem on the local machine. A detailed description of the cause and solutions for correcting this error can be found at the InstallShield website:

If the suggestions from InstallShield do not correct this behavior, a work-around would be to try installing FileUp on a different machine. The other machine may not have the same system configuration issues and may allow the FileUp installer package to install successfully. Then, copy the dlls from this second machine to the original machine and follow our instructions for manual installation in our online documentation: http://support.softartisans.com/docs/FileUp/. Please then, do not forget to uninstall FileUp from the second machine if your license agreement does not cover the second installation.
