Mac clients using SSL are not able to post to webservers that are using FileUp's ISAPI filter.

This issue applies to the following versions:

• FileUpSE and PE - versions 4.0 through 5.0.2
• FileUpEE - version 4.0 through 5.0.5

There are multiple solutions to this issue:

• If you do not need FileUp's ISAPI filter, then manually remove it.

  • Support for Mac SSL clients was added to the ISAPI filter in version 5.0.2 of FileUp SE/PE and version 5.0.5 of FileUp EE. If you are uncertain of the product version you are currently running, right click on the ISAPI filter dll, and check the version of the dll from the properties dialog. In FileUp SE/PE, this is dll is named "FileUpIsapi.dll". For FileUpEE, the name of the dll is "FileUpEeIsapi.dll". For both editions of the dll, the version number needs to be 5.0.0.510 or higher.
    
    
  • If you are using the ISAPI filter in a .NET environment, upgrade to version 5.x of FileUp SE/PE/EE and use the new HttpModule instead of the ISAPI filter. The ISAPI filter and HttpModule provide identical functionality. The HttpModule is the preferred .NET file upload interceptor technology because it is compatible with IIS 6/Windows 2003 and (since it is not an ISAPI level filter), it avoids conflicts with other ISAPI filters that may be running on your server.
