This is an environment specific problem and not a problem with the installation package. InstallShield identifies possible causes, such as inadequate DCOM permissions, full temp directories, and inadequate available virtual memory in the following KB article: http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?articleid=q106116
If attention to the issues described in the above InstallShield KB article do not resolve the behavior, then install the package on another server and follow the product installation instructions for moving the dlls to the problematic server and registering the dlls manually. Manual installation instructions can be found in all of our online product documentation at: http://support.softartisans.com/default.aspx?PageID=95 Please also be certain to unregister the dlls from the second machine if your license agreement does not support having two registrations of the product.
