"SoftArtisans.FileUp.1 error '80020009' No temporary directory can be found to process upload contents."
Problem
The "No temporary directory can be found" error sometimes occurs among users running FileUp v3 on NT4 after they install a hotfix released by Microsoft in July 2003.
Solution
To avoid getting this error, users should upgrade to (at least) v3.4.7 of FileUp. So far, we know of the error occurring with versions of FileUp between 3.0x and 3.3x, and only on NT4. Users can download free minor upgrades at this URL http://support.softartisans.com/update.aspx.
