SMTPmail is licensed on a per-server basis. Therefore it may not be distributed with a desktop application to multiple users (unless each machine had a license for SMTPmail). However, with one SMTPmail license, you may use the product from one single-user desktop application, or you may wrap it in your own COM object which is installed on the server and called from a web application.
