Gold Support SubscriptionGold Support requests receive a guaranteed response within 2 business hours*, Monday through Friday, with continuous effort to resolve business critical issues. Gold Support also includes additional services. Gold Support is priced at 20% of product list price (minimum Gold Support purchase is $1500).

Silver Support SubscriptionSilver Support requests receive a guaranteed response by the same time next business day*, Monday through Friday. Silver Support is limited to five priority incidents per year. Silver Support is priced at 15% of product list price (minimum Silver Support purchase is $1000).
