| Problem |
| FileUp uses Windows Scripting Host to install the FileUp package in MTS. If you do not have Windows Scripting Host installed, an error will occur during the FileUp installation. |
| Solution |
To find out if Windows Scripting Host is installed, open a command prompt window, and enter, cscript /?.
If cscript is not recognized, uninstall FileUp, install Windows Scripting Host, and re-install FileUp. Before uninstalling, find out if an FileUp package exists in MTS, and if one does, delete it.
To install Windows Scripting Host, go to, Start\Programs\Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack\Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack Setup. Click the "Add/Remove" button, and check "Windows Scripting Host" in the scroll- box list of options.
