Microsoft Support give the SoftArtisans problem for this message
thank you for your reponse
Hi,
I'm not seeing anything in that error message that points to a SoftArtisans product. What led Microsoft's support to suspect that the problem is with our software?
Also, can you give me some more details about the problem? Which of our products are you using, and what version is it? How are you using it? You mentioned that your server is a 64-bit machine; is it Windows 2003 or 2008?
It's difficult to diagnose a problem just from a generic error message. Any information you can give us will be helpful.

thank for your answer
the soft use are "officewritter 3.6.1 Windows" and "SoftArtisans SA-fileUP"
the version Windows is 2003
Patrick,
Without any details it's very difficult to diagnose a problem. Could you get some details about how our products are being used and why Microsoft and your customer think that OfficeWriter or FileUp are the cause of the problem?
In the absence of any other information, you could try upgrading your version of OfficeWriter. The current version is 3.9.2. Using the username and password you recieved with your order confirmation you can upgrade at http://support.softartisans.com/update.aspx. While you're doing that, you might want to check that your version of FileUp is current too. The latest version is 5.1.1. If you have an older version it's a good idea to upgrade.
That code looks like it's using OfficeWriter correctly, I don't think the problem is there.
Again, though, we really don't have enough information to figure out what's going on here. The original error message you posted just indicates that some module failed, but doesn't specify what the error was or what program triggered it.
If you have an OfficeWriter-specific error message, that would be very helpful in figuring out if ExcelWriter is causing this problem. Also, whatever information you've gotten from Microsoft would be helpful.
