SAFile.SaveInVirtual throwing error message: Error occurred when writing memory data to final destination

Receiving the following error message when using the SAFile.SaveInVirtual call to write file from the Client to the shared folder on the target file server.
Error occurred when writing memory data to final destination. Please check the Available Disk Capacity for the directory "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\" and the file size of "5820098".
This is happening intermittently where is sometimes its working and others times we get this error message. The Temp directory and server have plenty of Disk Capacity.
