The InstallScript engine on this machine 
is older than the version required to run this setup. 

If available, please install the latest version 
of ISScript.msi, or contact your support personnel 
for further assistance.

This is a problem with the state of the IsScript.msi file on the machine on which you are installing FileUp. This is an InstallShield driver. InstallShield describes this error in detail in their own Knowledge Base at: Q108158: Setup is Unable to Find or Update ISScript.msi.

The latest versions of FileUp (as of January 2012) use InstallShield driver version 10.50.0.125. This includes FileUp SE 5.3.2 and FileUp PE 5.3.3.
NOTE: FileUpEE 5.3.2 uses InstallShield driver version 14.0.0.162

To install InstallShield driver version 10.50.0.125:

1. Download InstallShieldEngineUpdate1050.exe, which is attached to this article.
2. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\1050. On 64-bit machines, this folder is under C:\Program Files(x86).
3. If you are installing on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, right click and select 'Run as Administrator'. Otherwise, just double click InstallShieldEngineUpdate1050.exe to install the driver.

Once the InstallShield drive is installed, try running the FileUp installer again.

If the above instructions do not correct the problem on your server, try installing FileUp on a different machine and manually move the necessary dlls over to the problem machine. Instructions for manual registration of the FileUp dlls are provided in our online documentation at: http://docs.softartisans.com/FileUp/5.3.1///Default.aspx?redirect=install/install_dotnet.htm. Please then uninstall FileUp from the first machine if your license agreement does not cover a second installation.
