Your User ID and Password were sent to you in a confirmation email when you purchased the product. If you don't have this login information, please provide as much information as possible about the order, and we will look it up for you. Please send this information to customer service (see

After downloading the software, be sure to stop the web server and fully uninstall the previous version before installing the new version. |
