We offer free minor release updates for all customers. Please log in using the email address and password with which you placed your original order. You will be presented with all the versions of the products you purchased which you are eligible to download.
Orders placed in past years were not directly associated with an email address and are instead linked to an order number. If you log in and do not see your order listed, please use the Order Lookup link to enter the order number and password provided to you in the original order confirmation email.
If you have a support contract, you are eligible for free major product updates as well. If they are not listed, please contact Customer Service as described below so they can be added to your account.
