InstallShield error 1155
When installing FileUpSE V5.0.12 (which seems to fix my prior problem with "An exception ocurred: 'Form'") via Remote Desktop, after rebooting as the install process requires, I see an almost completely blank message box on the screen with the InstallShield logo and the text "1155:". That may indicate that IS can't find the Windows Installer. Anyway, I can't install 5.0.12 where I need it - please advise.

I was able to install the DLLs manually, with regsvr32.

That error typically occurs because you don't have Windows Installer engine on your machine, which InstallShield uses when installing FileUp.  Some older operating systems do not have this pre-installed.

If you want to try FileUp's automatic installation again, download and install the Microsoft Windows Installer engine here first:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/292539/EN-US/

Then try installing FileUp again.

I got around this by uninstalling the old version and then installing the new version.

I'm glad you found a solution.  I'm not sure why uninstalling first is eliminating that error, but I will do some additional research.  I plan on creating a KB article from your findings.  I would imagine other people may experience the same error.
